These terms are supplemental to the North One Business Account Agreement.Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein will have the same meaning as those defined in the Account Agreement. Upon the opening of a North One Account (“Account”), you agree to be bound by these Initial Deposit Bonus Terms & Conditions and those terms that govern your Account as further set forth in the Account Agreement.
Bonus
A North One Deposit Bonus (“Bonus”) is available for Account owners who fulfill the conditions below. The amount of the Bonus available to you is set forth in the email or other direct communication from us to you regarding this offer.
Eligibility
The Bonus is available to participants opening a new Account, subject to limitations. Offer is not available to existing North One Account Owners who have had Accounts for more than 60 days. Individuals with more than one North One Account may only claim the offer one time, on one Account.
Requirements
In order to qualify for and receive this Bonus, eligible customers must complete the following steps:
  • Open a North One Account
  • Make a single initial funding deposit to your North One Account of at least $50 within 60 days of Account opening. This must be the first deposit made to the Account.
Payment
Once all requirements have been met, the Bonus payment will be applied to the Account by the end of the first day following the date indicated in the promotion that you must fund the account by. Any questions about this payment may be directed to [email protected]. Accounts must remain in good standing. Account closures will disqualify customers from the promotion.
Tax Information
The value of the Bonus paid out on Accounts may constitute taxable income and may be reported to the Internal Revenue Service as interest income to the first signer on the Account, in the year received, as required by applicable law. Program is limited to clients who are citizens of the United States that furnish a valid TIN, and the Account must not be subject to backup withholding. You may be issued an Internal Revenue Service Form 1099 (or other appropriate form) to you that reflects the value of such interest paid on your Account. Please consult your tax adviser, as North One does not provide tax advice.
Other Limitations
Deposits made after the first 60 days following the opening of the Account will not qualify for the Bonus.
Termination
North One reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time without notice.
