Eligibility
The North One Plus Plan Free Trial (“Free Trial”) offer is available to both new and existing account owners, subject to limitations. To sign up for a Free Trial, you must be approved for and successfully fund a North One Business Bank Account (“Account”).
Free Trial Period
Free Trials will be available for the length of time indicated in the promotion, subject to limitations. For example, the Free Trial ends within the number of days from the beginning of the promotion, and is NOT calculated in calendar months:
  • 1 Month = 30 Days
  • 2 Months = 60 Days
  • 3 Months = 90 Days
  • 6 Months = 180 Days
  • 1 Year = 365 Days
  • Lifetime
Cancellation
You may cancel the Free Trial at any time during your free trial period. If you cancel during the free trial period, you will still have access to the benefits until the trial ends. You will receive an email notification seven calendar days prior to the end of your Free Trial as a reminder that your Free Trial is ending and your Account will soon be charged. To avoid being charged for your North One Plus Plan fee after the Free Trial ends, cancel your Free Trial by the last day of your Free Trial online or by contacting our team at [email protected].
Monthly Fee
If you do not cancel prior to the end of the Free Trial period, you will be charged $20.00 per month (unless otherwise indicated) for your North One Plus Plan on the first day following your Free Trial period using your Account every month until you cancel or change your plan. If your Account does not have sufficient funds for payment of the fee, your North One Plus Plan participation will be automatically canceled and benefits will end. You may have the ability to sign up for a North One Plus Plan thereafter through your Account.
Auto Renewal
BY PARTICIPATING IN A FREE TRIAL, I AGREE THAT NORTH ONE MAY CHARGE MY ACCOUNT AND AM AWARE THAT FAILURE TO MAINTAIN SUFFICIENT FUNDS IN THE ACCOUNT MAY RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF THE NORTH ONE PLUS PLAN. I REPRESENT THAT I AM THE OWNER OR AUTHORIZED USER OF THE ACCOUNT TO BE CHARGED. 


You can cancel or turn off auto-renew at any time in your online account. If you do not want to renew, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your plan is due to renew to avoid being charged. You can also visit northone.com/contact us at [email protected].
Other Limitations
Members will be automatically enrolled in the North One Plus Plan following the Free Trial period. We reserve the right to accept or refuse Free Trial subscriptions at our discretion. You may not transfer or assign your Free Trial or North One Plus Plan or any Free Trial benefits. From time to time, North One may choose in its sole discretion to add or remove Free Trial subscription benefits. Free Trials are subject to limits.
Plus Plan Terms & Conditions
Upon enrollment in the Free Trial, you agree to be bound by these North One Plus Plan Free Trial Terms & Conditions (“Free Trial Terms”) and those terms that govern your Account as further set forth in the Deposit Account Agreement, including the terms and conditions related to North One’s policies and programs found at https://www.northone.com/account-agreement.
Terms and Conditions Changes
We may at our discretion change these Free Trial Terms, or any aspect of the promotion that is not material, without notice or liability to you. If any change to these Free Trial Terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. YOUR CONTINUED ENROLLMENT AFTER WE CHANGE THESE FREE TRIAL TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION.
Termination by Us
We may terminate your subscription at our discretion without notice or liability to you.
