NorthOne is an online business account and financial management platform designed to help American small businesses take control of their cash flow. Our best-in-class product suite and service experience help simplify financial operations and teach better business habits:

Who can bank with NorthOne?

NorthOne proudly supports Sole Proprietorships, LLCs, and Corporations based in the U.S. A NorthOne application requires you to list all UBOs who own 25% or more of the business. Currently, we do not support businesses not owned by an individual(s).

Are there any industries that NorthOne doesn't support?

NorthOne Accounts are currently not available to businesses operating in the following industries:

— Illegal activity, goods, or services
— Marijuana-related businesses
— Charitable/non-profit organizations
— Businesses that deal in the bulk exchange of virtual currency
— Internet gambling, physical gambling, and casinos
— Adult content and services
— Drug paraphernalia
— Penny auctions
— Private ATMs and coin machines
— Credit Repair services
— Hate groups
— Bearer shares companies
— Other high risk activity

What fees does NorthOne charge?

All NorthOne customers pay a flat $10 monthly fee2. This fee gives you access to all NorthOne’s features without additional fees for card purchases, standard ACH payments, deposits, and more.

We believe in upfront, transparent pricing. The only other fees you may see on your NorthOne Account is our $15 fee for sending and receiving domestic wire payments, our $5 fee for sending a same-day ACH transfer3, or our $4 fee for sending a physical check4.

We work hard to keep these additional fees low, and we’re proud to say we have one of the lowest wire fees in the country, as well as one of the highest same-day ACH limits (up to $10,000 per ACH, per day).

What’s included in my NorthOne Account?

Once you’ve opened a NorthOne Account you’ll have access to all our tools for one low monthly fee of $102, including:

— A dedicated business debit card to use anywhere Mastercard® is accepted
— A virtual debit card that lets you tap and pay with your phone while you wait for your physical card to arrive
— Standard ACH5 and Domestic wire6 transfers to and from your account
— Envelopes1 to help you automatically budget your incoming funds

Is my NorthOne Account secure?

Keeping your money and information safe is hugely important to us. We secure your account and personal information with biometric authentication and fraud monitoring so you can rest easy knowing you’re protected.

With our banking partner, The Bancorp Bank, N.A., deposits up to $250,000 are FDIC insured.

Does NorthOne have any physical branches?

No, NorthOne does not have any physical branches. Your NorthOne Account can be accessed entirely from your phone or computer, so you can say goodbye to long lines at the branch. If you do need help, our Customer Care team is here for you Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM ET (excluding December 25th and January 1st).

How do I apply for a NorthOne Account?

Thanks for your interest in NorthOne! Opening a new account can take as little as 3 minutes7. Here’s what you’ll need to get started:

— Valid American Government-issued Photo ID
— Valid American Phone Number
— Social Security Number
— Employment Insurance number (for LLC, S corp, and Partnerships)
— Home and Business Addresses
— Details about your business and owner(s)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PROCEDURES FOR OPENING A NEW CARD ACCOUNT: To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens a Card Account. What this means for you: When you open a Card Account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see a copy of your driver’s license or other identifying documents.
